These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of OM Gallery, a platform for uploading, managing, and sharing media. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Account

To use OM Gallery, you must create an account. You are required to provide accurate and current information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Usage Rights and Restrictions

You may only use OM Gallery for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to upload illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

4. Copyright and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By uploading, you grant OM Gallery a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing our services.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

OM Gallery offers various subscription plans. Payment terms are displayed when selecting a plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are granted at our discretion.

6. Data Storage and Deletion

Your data is stored according to your subscription plan. Upon termination of your subscription, your data will be permanently deleted after a period of 90 days. For trial accounts, data is deleted 30 days after expiration.

7. Limitation of Liability

OM Gallery is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time in the settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction is the location of our company headquarters, where legally permissible.
